Jason Shepherd

Managing Director

Degree qualified in construction with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, having worked for several large developers before taking on the role of managing director at PFL Group. He holds Directing Safely qualification as overall lead for health and safety.

Donna Shepherd

Director of Corporate & Customer Experience

joined PFL in 2019 and has over 20 years’ experience in customer services. Her role is to ensure that processes and procedures are followed so that the organisation and its people remain safe in their work. Donna also leads on any customer issues to ensure they are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Alex Balmer

Sales Director

Degree qualified Company Director, Alex joined PFL Group in 2015, and started as a playground installer to ensure he had hands on understanding of the company. Alex focuses on driving growth and delivering outstanding results for the company.

James Wallet

Estimator & Commercial Manager

Qualified from Pershore College of Horticulture. 15 years’ experience covering soft and hard landscaping projects to the value of £850k for developers. Director of Operations for 15 years running a £14m turnover play installation division, including podium installations, play areas, Sports England football pitches, MUGAs and surfacing. IOSH and RPII qualified.

Karen Pomfret

Project Co-Ordinator

joined PFL in 2020, since then she has been promoted to co-ordinator of materials and equipment on all of our projects. Karen supports the team and the customer once the order has been received to ensure all equipment has been ordered and is on site for the team to start their works and offers site support until the project has been completed.

Install Team

our installation team have decades of experience in everything relating to open spaces. They have all the relevant health and safety qualifications and are highly experienced from the setting out stage through to completion on site. The on-site team work very well together and can resolve any issues should they arise on site.
